Darryl Stuhr

Darryl Stuhr is the Assistant Director for Digital Projects in the Electronic Library at Baylor University. Darryl has 12 years of library experience, with 8 years focusing on the digitization of library materials. Darryl directs activity in the Riley Digitization Center, develops workflows and documentation for digitization projects, sets project standards, manages the digital collection preservation-level files, develops and maintains project and long-term storage infrastructure, develops scripts to manage and migrate data between systems, and administers the CONTENTdm server -- the access system into Baylor's Digital Collections.Digitization projects have included maps, ninetieth-century letters and books, sheet music, analog sound discs, cassette tapes, photos, speeches, books, panoramics, videotapes, newspapers, yearbooks, posters, press releases, architectural blueprints, teletypes, and oral history recordings and transcriptions.
